Less guessing.
More understanding.
StudyFlow is a student learning workspace that combines assignment organization, worked examples, memory practice, and editable drafts. Its goal is to help you understand a subject, remember what matters, and make informed decisions about your own schoolwork.
One connected learning experience.
StudyFlow currently offers these working areas. Some AI features require compatible devices; Schoology syncing and fully automatic imports are not available.
Mission Control ↗
Bring in a real assignment list by pasting lines, importing a CSV or adding items manually. See missing, upcoming, in-progress and completed work as nodes in a graphical orbit.
Two-stage Workstation ↗
Each assignment has a worked-example draft and a review/revision stage. Both are editable and saved privately. The model checks clarity, instructions and possible errors; you verify the result.
Memory Lab ↗
Practice answering from memory before seeing the correct answer, then choose when you want to revisit a question. Includes curated topics and personal recall cards.
Assignment Forge ↗
Create and save a document, export text and use optional on-device AI on supported devices. The Forge is an editor, not an automatic school submission service.
LearnLab ↗
Use the local language model for explanatory tutoring if the device and browser support WebGPU. It requires a first-time download and may run slowly on phones.
Founding Beta ↗
The first test group uses unique invitation codes. Testers report real bugs so the product can improve before paid enrollment opens.
Designed around what actually helps learning.
Research reviews identify retrieval practice and distributed practice as broadly useful learning techniques. Self-explanation, feedback, and planning/monitoring can support understanding. No single technique is fastest for every student or topic, so StudyFlow treats this as a repeatable starting process—not a guarantee.
Plan
Gather your assignment instructions and identify what is confusing.
Understand
Study a worked example with reasoning, not just the final answer.
Retrieve
Answer questions from memory before revealing solutions.
Evaluate
Compare the answer to class materials, check mistakes, and revise.
Space
Revisit important ideas later instead of relying only on rereading.
Every assignment becomes a mission.
Import → Visualize → Prioritize
- Copy an assignment list into Mission Control or import a permitted CSV.
- Preview rows and confirm before anything is saved.
- Identify which items are really missing, in progress, due, or complete.
- Select a glowing assignment node to open its actual instructions.
- Track your own work without giving us your school password.
Draft → Review → Student approval
- Stage one builds an educational example with step-by-step reasoning.
- Stage two reviews that draft for errors, gaps, clarity, and the requirements.
- Edit either stage, add verified sources, and save your own explanation.
- On-device AI may be unavailable or inaccurate; use the manual outline when needed.
- Nothing is secretly submitted for you or designed to hide AI involvement.

A small founding pilot is gathering usability feedback before charging students. The paid offer is configured in Stripe but checkout is currently disabled pending technical, billing, and student privacy testing.
$5 first month
Then $10/month from month two, renewing until canceled. A parent or guardian should manage purchases for minors. Any applicable taxes would be displayed at checkout.
Founding pilot access is currently free. An invitation is not a purchase or authorization for future charges.

Know exactly what you're using.
Can StudyFlow automatically read Schoology right now?
No. The current beta accepts student-entered assignments or copied text/CSV that the student is allowed to access. It does not collect school passwords or bypass school controls. Authorized integrations may be developed later.
Can it complete all my homework automatically?
No. StudyFlow provides planning, examples, drafts, explanations, practice, and a second revision step. You remain responsible for understanding the material, checking accuracy, and submitting work yourself under your school's policies.
Does the revision step make work undetectably AI-written?
No. The revision step is for accuracy, clarity, evidence, rubric coverage, and incorporating the student's own reasoning. It does not promise AI-detector evasion or help conceal AI use.
Does local AI work on every phone?
Not yet. It requires a compatible WebGPU browser and enough device memory for an open-source model download. If unsupported, the manual assignment editor, curated memory lessons and study outlines can still work.
Where does my assignment information go?
Saved assignments and drafts go to StudyFlow's Supabase database with student-owned row access policies. Optional local AI runs in your browser after downloading a model. Personal recall cards are stored locally on your device. Avoid entering sensitive information and always use your own account.
What is the price?
During the current pilot, access is free and checkout is disabled. The planned paid early-beta subscription is $5 for an eligible subscriber's first month, then $10 each subsequent month until canceled. Any applicable taxes would appear at checkout once payments open.
Is StudyFlow affiliated with a school?
No. StudyFlow is an independent learning tool and is not affiliated with Schoology, PowerSchool, or any school district.
Is the 3D world connected to real features?
Yes: its navigation opens actual StudyFlow pages. The visual world is rendered with WebGL/Three.js and may fall back to ordinary links on devices where 3D rendering is unavailable. It is not a claim that all future integrations are finished.
Can a student under 18 sign up?
Students should involve a parent or guardian before using the beta, especially for any future payments. Schools' acceptable-use and AI policies still apply.
